1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made with a minimum 50% advance payment.

  • Final payment must be cleared 7 days prior to the departure date unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel prices, and taxes.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept UPI, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and digital wallets.

  • Full payment must be received before the issuance of any travel documents.

3. Itinerary Changes

  • The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Any changes will be informed in advance and suitable alternatives will be offered.

4. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification, passports, visas, and other travel documents.

  • The company is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or missing documents.

5. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must declare any existing medical conditions before booking.

  • COVID-19 or health-related guidelines as per destination country/state must be followed.

6. Liability

  • The company acts as a booking agent and does not own or operate airlines, hotels, or transportation services.

  • We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by third-party services.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 15 days before travel: 80% refund.

  • 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Company

  • In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or low participation, full refund will be provided or credit will be issued for future use.

3. No-show & Delays

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or missed departures.

  • Partial refunds are not applicable for early check-outs or unused services.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original mode of payment.

5. Non-refundable Services

  • Air tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and certain hotel bookings are non-refundable.
