More than 15 days before travel: 80% refund.
7 to 14 days before travel: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days: No refund.
In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or low participation, full refund will be provided or credit will be issued for future use.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or missed departures.
Partial refunds are not applicable for early check-outs or unused services.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original mode of payment.
